What is it?
Limb misalignment is a very frequent and limiting problem since it is often accompanied by joint wear; in young patients, realignment by osteotomy is preferred to prosthetic replacement; osteotomies can be performed at the tibial or femoral level and require high experience on the part of the surgeon to obtain a precision result and minimize complications in a demanding but highly effective procedure. To achieve maximum precision in the correction of each individual patient, we use specific software, as well as perform a 3D study of the joint for the design of specific and customized guides.
